Log in to the Administrator's Mailbox
- Dial the Voice Mail Hunt Group Number (ie:8500)
- Enter the Administrator's Personal ID number (ie:96000)
- Enter the Administrator's Security Code, if necessary
- At the Main Menu, press the 0 key
- Press the 6 key for Change System Schedule
- System states current time, prompts "Do you want to change it?" Press <1> for Yes
- Enter the current time, using four digits (ie: 0935 for 9:35)
- Press 1 for AM and 2 for PM
- System restates current time, prompts "Do you want to change it?" Press <2> for No when correct
- System states current date, prompts "Do you want to change it?" Press <2> for No
- System prompts "Do you want to change schedule 1?" Press <2> for No
- Press the * key (3-4 times) to exit the system
